Project Associate

Requisition ID: 38967- Job Location(s): Oragadam, INDanfoss is looking for Project Associate to support project managers by coordinating activities, managing documentation, and ensuring project timelines are met, analyszing projects, identifying risks and forming risk mitigation strategies. Monitoring projects, recommending cost-effective strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Communicating with stakeholders, including team members and clients.
Responsible for creating and executing project plans and revising the plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting of project cost, time and quality to ensure that projects meet Danfoss and customer requirements.
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Perform Risk Management with systematically collected and reported issues, address mitigation actions, responsibilities and timelines.

**Background & Skills**:
Master/Bachelor Degree in related domain preferable
Sound tracking records of project management experience
Good communication and presentation skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Agile scrum preferable
PMP preferable
