Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ALM Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative tasks, including user and project management, license monitoring, upgrades, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ALM Admin activities, such as HP ALM/QC configuration, user permissions, upgrades, patches. Experience in UFT Administration, including license management and integration with ALM is also required.

Additionally, the candidate should have a good understanding of testing lifecycle, test management tools, and automation concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks in ALM
  • Managing users and projects in ALM
  • Monitoring licenses and performing upgrades in ALM
  • Configuring and maintaining UFT environments
  • Providing support and training to end-users on ALM and UFT best practices and usage

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ALM Admin activities (HP ALM/QC configuration, user permissions, upgrades, patches)
  • Experience in UFT Administration, including license management and integration with ALM
  • Good understanding of testing lifecycle, test management tools, and automation concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams
