Job Title: ALM Administrator Lead

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a lead administrator for our ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative tasks, including user and project management, license monitoring, upgrades, and maintenance.

  • Performing day-to-day ALM administrative tasks, including user and project management, license monitoring, upgrades, and maintenance.

  • Handling UFT Administration, including installation, configuration, license management, and integration support.

  • Coordinating with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth functioning of ALM and UFT platforms.

  • Monitoring server health and performance, ensuring high availability and performance of the tools.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ALM and UFT environments.

  • Maintaining documentation for all configurations, standard operating procedures, and change management.

  • Providing support and training to end-users on ALM and UFT best practices and usage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Mandatory:

    • Strong hands-on experience with ALM Admin activities (HP ALM/QC configuration, user permissions, upgrades, patches).
    • Experience in UFT Administration, including license management and integration with ALM.
    • Good understanding of testing lifecycle, test management tools, and automation concepts.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
