Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative tasks in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). This includes managing users and projects, monitoring licenses, upgrades, and maintenance.

Furthermore, you will handle Unified Functional Testing (UFT) administration, encompassing installation, configuration, license management, and integration support. Your coordination with development, testing, and infrastructure teams will ensure the smooth functioning of ALM and UFT platforms.

Additionally, you will monitor server health and performance to guarantee high availability and performance of the tools. You will also troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ALM and UFT environments.

Maintenance of documentation for configurations, standard operating procedures, and change management is another crucial aspect of this role. Providing support and training to end-users on ALM and UFT best practices and usage is essential.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ALM Admin activities (HP ALM/QC configuration, user permissions, upgrades, patches).
  • Experience in UFT Administration, including license management and integration with ALM.
  • Good understanding of testing lifecycle, test management tools, and automation concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
