**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Basic Skills**:

- ** Enterprise Linux OS (SUSE/Red Hat), Windows Server 2016/2019, FlexLM, GitLab, openLM**
- ** IT service management (ITSM) tools like Ivanti Service Manager (preferred), ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.**

**Max. 10 duties and responsibilities**:
**1. Day-to-day management and administration of ALM tool (codeBeamer ALM) including workflows,**

**user accounts, custom fields, dashboards, reports, security schemas, issue schemas, project creation,**

**Etc.**

**2. Follow Agile environment using methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe**

**3. Provide end user support for the ongoing incident queue. Incident management, Change management, IT Configuration management and Demand management as per defined processes**

**4. Offer both technical and process solutions to address requirements, evaluate alternative solutions, and**

**perform analysis to determine technical courses of action.**

**5. Map current processes and establish goals for improving, automating, and increasing the technical**

**agility of the organization.**

**6. Track and monitor utilization (resource and system) and project performance through dashboards and**

**Reporting.**

**7. Participate in and support version upgrades and Support server OS patching activity.**

**8. Create technical architecture, design, and user guide documentation. Work with vendor in resolution**

**of issues and to support new releases to the platform including end to end testing.**

**9. Provide support for Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools and processes**

**10. Liasoning between end users, Suppliers, and customers**

**(Work from Office from Day-1)**
