**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, and social media platforms professionally and promptly
- Provide information on products, assist with order tracking, and resolve basic customer concerns
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Assist in general customer engagement and support tasks

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce and customer service practices
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset
