**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential distributor partners in target markets through research, networking, and industry connections.
- Qualify and assess distributors’ capabilities, ensuring they align with company values, market needs, and growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential distributor leads.
- Approach, pitch, and negotiate terms with potential distributors to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Provide prospective distributors with information on our products/services, pricing, and the benefits of partnering with us.
- Work closely with distributors to meet sales targets and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Monitor distributor performance and sales data, offering guidance to help them grow their market share.
- Track distributor progress toward sales targets, and provide feedback and strategic recommendations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or distributor management, ideally in a B2B or channel sales role.
- Strong knowledge of distributor networks, sales processes, and B2B negotiation strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with distributors and attend industry events.

**Salary**:

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹40,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
