As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be to cold call potential carriers and sell our dispatch services. You will leverage your excellent communication skills to build relationships, understand client needs, and close deals. Additionally, you will maintain and manage data related to sales activities and customer interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**: Reach out to potential carriers to introduce our dispatch services, address inquiries, and close sales.
- **Sales**: Effectively present and promote our services, identify customer needs, and convert leads into sales.
- **Negotiation**: Skilled in negotiating terms and closing deals while maintaining profitability.
- **Persuasion**: Effectively convey the value of services and overcome objections.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
- **Communication**: Utilize strong verbal communication skills to build rapport with potential clients and address their concerns.
- **Logistics and Dispatch Understanding**: Familiarity with the dispatch industry, including common practices, terminology, and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the dispatch or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
