Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our client base and drive sales growth. This role involves regular fieldwork to connect with potential clients, build relationships, and achieve sales targets. If you have a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to the sales team and management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales role, preferably with field sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive for results.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: ₹9,343.17 - ₹13,000.00 per month
