**Qualifications and Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Logical thinker with the ability to deal with difficult callers and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assess the IT knowledge level of customers and provide tailored assistance.
- Handle inbound calls for the US process efficiently and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Provide feedback to the operations team and contribute to product design improvements.
- Meet performance metrics and sales targets consistently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
