Real Estate Sales Representative

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, marketing campaigns, and an active presence on social media.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and offering exceptional service.
- **Property Showings**: Schedule and conduct property showings, highlighting key features and answering client questions with detailed knowledge.
- **Market Expertise**: Stay up-to-date on local real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, prepare all necessary paperwork, and ensure a smooth and successful closing process.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the real estate sector.
- A valid Real Estate license is a must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
