As a **Medical Sales Representative**, you will be responsible for promoting our range of medical equipment to doctors, hospital administrators, purchase heads, and healthcare professionals. Your goal will be to build strong client relationships, generate leads, convert inquiries into sales, and provide product demonstrations and support as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers to meet with doctors and administrators
- Promote and sell medical equipment such as ECG machines, CPAP/BiPAP devices, monitors, and disposables
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Provide product demonstrations and assist in trials where needed
- Maintain records of visits, inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM or manual logs
- Coordinate with the technical team for product installation and service support
- Attend medical exhibitions, workshops, and training sessions as required
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to management

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharma/Engineering preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in medical or pharma sales (preferred); freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Ability to learn technical product features and explain them to customers
- Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred)
