**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Introducing Product Lines**:

- Effectively communicate the variety of mobile covers available, including materials, designs, and durability features.
- Highlight unique selling points such as protection features (e.g., shockproof, waterproof) and special offers.
- **Understanding Customer Needs**:

- Ask targeted questions to understand the customer’s mobile device models, style preferences (e.g., color, design), and any specific requirements.
- Recommend the most suitable mobile covers based on their responses.
- **Providing Product Information**:

- Clearly explain product details, including price ranges, available colors, materials (e.g., silicone, leather), and shipping policies.
- Educate customers on the benefits of high-quality mobile covers, such as phone protection, aesthetic appeal, and longevity.
- **Handling Objections**:

- Address concerns related to pricing, product quality, or availability.
- Offer solutions such as discounts, guarantees, or testimonials to build trust.
- **Up-selling/Cross-selling**:

- Suggest complementary products like screen protectors, charms, or camera protectors to increase order value.
- Encourage customers to purchase multiple covers or accessories.
- **Closing Sales**:

- Secure customer commitment by finalizing sales, scheduling follow-ups, or directing them to the online platform for purchase.
- Confirm shipping details and payment methods to complete the order.
- **Providing Customer Service and Support**:

- Answer follow-up questions and provide additional product information as needed.
- Ensure customers feel supported throughout the process and offer post-purchase assistance if required.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- **Attributes**:

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
