We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Customer Care Executive** to join our team and support influencer collaborations, manage social media interactions, and keep our influencer database up-to-date. If you love engaging with people, writing content, and making things happen on social media - we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Collaboration Support**:

- Coordinate and communicate with influencers for brand campaigns and product collaborations.
- Maintain and update the influencer database with contact details, collaboration history, performance, etc.
- Track campaign deliverables and ensure timely execution.
- **Customer Care & Social Media Engagement**:

- Respond promptly, politely, and helpfully to build positive relationships with our audience.
- **Content & Script Assistance**:

- Assist in writing short content pieces, video scripts, and captions for reels and stories.
- Brainstorm ideas for influencer campaigns and trending content.
- **Social Media Maintenance**:

- Help in scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and coordinating with the design team for creatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and trends to support the content strategy.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining influencer records
- A basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing
- Ability to multitask and handle customer messages calmly and efficiently
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Basic content writing or scriptwriting experience is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
