**Internship Description - Customer Care Executive (Justdial Enquiries Handling)**

**Position Title**: Customer Care Intern - Justdial Inquiries Department**:* Customer Service / Sales Support Location**:* [Your Company Location]

**Objective**:
The Customer Care Executive will learn how to handle Justdial enquiries, interact with prospective customers, and support the sales team in lead management and follow-ups. This role offers hands-on experience in customer communication, CRM utilization, and business development processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend to Justdial enquiries received through calls or the company CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and share basic service/product details.
- Forward enquiries to the sales/business team for further action.
- Assist in maintaining enquiry records and preparing daily/weekly reports.
- Learn effective customer communication and follow-up techniques.
- Support customer care executives in day-to-day operations.

**Learning Outcomes**:

- Exposure to customer care and telesales processes.
- Practical knowledge of handling live customer enquiries.
- Experience with CRM tools and reporting formats.
- Development of professional communication and coordination skills.
- Understanding of enquiry-to-lead conversion cycle.

**Eligibility & Skills**:

- Graduate/Undergraduate students (any discipline).
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt quickly.
- Positive attitude and interest in customer service/sales domain.

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
