Internship Description – Customer Care Intern (Just-dial Inquiries Handling)

Position Title: Customer Care Intern – Just-dial Inquiries

Department: Customer Service / Sales Support

Location: 304, Midtown Tower, Peer Muchalla, Panchkula, Punjab 134109

Duration: 6 months

Internship Objective:

The Customer Care Intern will learn how to handle Just Dial inquiries, interact with prospective customers, and support the sales team in lead management and follow-up. This role offers hands-on experience in customer communication, CRM utilization, and business development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to Just-dial inquiries received through calls or the company CRM.
  • Understand customer requirements and share basic service/product details.
  • Forward enquiries to the sales/business team for further action.
  • Assist in maintaining enquiry records and preparing daily/weekly reports.
  • Learn effective customer communication and follow-up techniques.
  • Support customer care executives in day-to-day operations.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Exposure to customer care and telesales processes.
  • Practical knowledge of handling live customer enquiries.
  • Experience with CRM tools and reporting formats.
  • Development of professional communication and coordination skills.
  • Understanding of enquiry-to-lead conversion cycle.

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Graduate/Undergraduate students (any discipline).
  • Good communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Enthusiasm to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Positive attitude and interest in the customer service/sales domain.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹3,000.00 per month
