About this job

You will be a part of the Global Planogram Hub to support the delivery/creation of planograms for Space Management Consulting projects. You will work with NielsenIQ’s Global Markets team to deliver the project. The job will entail the usage and mastery of Spaceman, NielsenIQ's proprietary space management tool, to create planograms.
You will be part of a 3-member team and report to the Planogram Hub Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Producing planograms for the store in accordance with business processes to ensure that stock levels and presentation standards meet customer expectations
- Evaluate the planograms for sales, profitability, and inventory productivity
- Provide suggestions and alternatives to optimize planograms, improve functionality and financial performance
- Manage projects, timings, deliveries, and day-to-day communication with local Nielsen teams
- Service and manage existing projects on a day-to-day basis

A little bit about you

You should have a passion to understand how the retail operation works, and how the shopper shops. You must have a super hardcore work ethic, hunger to learn, common sense, and trustworthiness are required, and the rest we can train.

Position Requirements:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
- Knowledge of foreign languages (German, Spanish, others) is a plus.
- Self-Management
- Project Management experience or skills
- Experience in space planning/planogramming is a plus
- Experience working for a Retailer or Manufacturer is a plus
- Category Management experience or advanced knowledge is a plus
- Logical and analytical reasoning skills
- Flexible work hours (Working as per project’s need)
- Self-motivated
- Can-do mentality
