How you will make a difference:
- Own and drive the Zendesk priority roadmap: provide thought leadership on platform developments and identify innovations/new capabilities that meet Safeguard's long-term needs-
- Configure, maintain and restructure the Zendesk infrastructure for multiple lines of business and different user types to ensure it is constantly optimized for our teams and customers-
- Support ticket automation and routing efforts by creating effective workflows in Zendesk in partnership with key business stakeholdersMaintain expert-level understanding of all Zendesk features and manage deployments, internal testing, and rollout of changes across all teams.-
- Own and manage the broader Zendesk relationship to influence their roadmap and leverage all features in relation to Safeguard Global's needs-
- Serve as the liaison to Zendesk for technical issuesWhat will give you an advantage:
- 1+ years Zendesk advanced administration experienceStrong knowledge of Customer Support organization and logics-
- Proven project management, multitasking & prioritization skills-
- Ability to balance attention to detail with execution in a fast-paced environment-
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to clearly articulate information to users and management-
- Proficiency in data analysis: ability to gather, synthesize, analyze and prioritize information to make recommendations that will improve customer experience-
- Basic knowledge of Developer tools including Zendesk apps and APIs-
- Basic experience in scripting with SQL and/or Python, for workflow automation to extract large sets of data, and design of ETL flows-
