**About the Traineeship Program**

We are seeking an **Industrial Product Design Trainee** to support our design & innovation team. This **unpaid traineeship (6-8 weeks)** is designed for students or freshers who want to gain hands-on experience in **product design for fashion-related accessories, footwear, packaging innovations, and eco-friendly lifestyle products**. You will work closely with **design, sustainability, and manufacturing teams** to explore **new materials, functional design, and upcycling possibilities**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **designing and prototyping fashion-related products** (footwear, accessories, lifestyle objects, packaging).
- Contribute to **research on materials, ergonomics, and user-centered product solutions**.
- Develop **concept sketches, CAD models, and 3D mockups**.
- Support in **designing eco-friendly and upcycled product alternatives**.
- Collaborate with **fashion, sustainability, and engineering teams** for cross-functional projects.
- Participate in **brainstorming sessions for innovation-driven product concepts**.
- Document design processes, **from ideation to prototyping**.

**What You’ll Learn**
- Fundamentals of **industrial & product design for the fashion ecosystem**.
- Exposure to **CAD modeling (Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Keyshot, etc.)**.
- Knowledge of **manufacturing techniques, material innovation, and prototyping**.
- Hands-on experience in **sustainable design practices & upcycling**.
- Collaboration with **multi-disciplinary teams (designers, marketers, engineers, sustainability experts)**.

**Requirements**:

- Student/fresher in **Industrial Design, Product Design, or related fields**.
- Familiarity with **CAD & 3D modeling tools**.
- Strong creative + problem-solving mindset.
- Interest in **sustainability, ergonomics, and functional aesthetics**.
