**About the Traineeship Program**

We are looking for an **Interaction Design Trainee** to join our product and design team. This **unpaid traineeship program (6-8 weeks)** is designed for those who want to gain hands-on experience in **UI/UX, product design, and human-centered interaction design**. You will collaborate with our designers, developers, and product managers to improve **Wabric’s e-commerce platform and the Wabb fashion community app**, creating seamless and engaging user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **researching user needs, behaviors, usability and pain points**.
- Support in **designing wireframes, user flows, and prototypes** for web and mobile.
- Contribute to **interaction patterns, animations, and micro-interactions**.
- Collaborate with developers to **test usability and design implementation**.
- Help create **UI assets, style guides, and interaction libraries**.
- Participate in **user testing sessions** and document insights.
- Explore **AI-driven personalization and accessibility improvements**.

**What You’ll Learn**
- Principles of **interaction design, usability, and accessibility**.
- Tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, or Framer** for product prototyping.
- How to design **interfaces for e-commerce & digital communities**.
- Collaboration between **design, tech, and business teams**.

**Requirements**:

- Student/fresher in **Interaction Design, UI/UX, HCI, or related fields**.
- Familiarity with **wireframing and prototyping tools** (Figma preferred).
- Strong **visual and problem-solving skills**.
- Curiosity about **user behavior and design psychology**.
