Cosmetic Chemist Traineeship

**About the Traineeship Program**

We are seeking a **Cosmetic Chemist Trainee** to join our R&D and product design team. This **unpaid traineeship program (6-8 weeks)** is ideal for students or fresh graduates in **cosmetic science, chemistry, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical fields** who are passionate about **developing innovative, safe, and sustainable cosmetic formulations**.

You will assist in **formulation research, natural ingredient exploration, and eco-friendly product development** for makeup and skincare concepts under Wabric’s innovation track.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support in **formulating prototypes for cosmetics** (lipsticks, foundations, creams, serums, etc.).
- Research and experiment with **natural, organic, vegan, and eco-friendly ingredients**.
- Assist in **stability, safety, and performance testing** of cosmetic formulations.
- Document formulations, ingredient lists, and testing results.
- Explore **skin-friendly dyes, natural pigments, and innovative textures**.
- Work with the **packaging & industrial design team** to align formula with **functional applicators and containers**.
- Stay updated on **global cosmetic safety regulations** and trends.
