**About the Traineeship Program**

We are looking for a **Sustainability Trainee** who is passionate about **eco-friendly fashion, waste reduction, and circular design**. This is an **unpaid traineeship (6-8 weeks)** where you will gain **hands-on experience in sustainable fashion practices**, including **fabric waste recycling, eco-material research, and upcycled product development**. You will work closely with our sustainability and design teams to bring innovative green solutions into Wabric’s production cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **researching eco-friendly fabrics, natural dyes, and sustainable materials**.
- Support projects on **waste fabric upcycling** into new products (toys, cushions, accessories, etc.).
- Help design **process flows for fabric recycling and zero-waste systems**.
- Document **waste-to-product experiments, materials, and outcomes**.
- Collaborate with the design team to explore **eco-inspired product concepts**.
- Support awareness campaigns on **sustainable fashion for Wabb community and customers**.
- Track and report on **sustainability metrics (waste reduced, products created, emissions saved)**.

**Requirements**:

- Student or fresher in **Sustainability, Fashion, Textiles, Environmental Science, or related fields**.
- Passion for **sustainable fashion, recycling, and eco-innovation**.
- Creative problem-solving and research skills.
- Basic knowledge of **materials, têxtiles, or production processes** is a plus.
