**About the Traineeship Program**

We are looking for motivated and creative **Marketing & Social Media Trainee** to join our traineeship program. This is an **unpaid traineeship program (6-8 Weeks)** designed to give you **hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and social media content creation** in the fashion e-commerce space. You will work closely with our marketing team to learn how a growing brand engages with its community, builds campaigns, and creates engaging digital content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **content creation** for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Wabb (our in-house community), and other platforms.
- Research and suggest **fashion trends, hashtags, and creative ideas** to boost engagement.
- Support in **planning & scheduling posts** using social media tools.
- Help monitor **comments, messages, and community interactions**.
- Collaborate with the design & marketing team to ensure content aligns with the brand voice.
- Assist in **influencer research, outreach, and collaborations**.
- Track and report **basic engagement metrics** (likes, shares, reach, comments).
