**Role and Responsibility**:
- Attending and interacting with the customers for their requirement related to PS services
- Interacting and coordinating with the team members in India and abroad for customer care support
- Coordinating with registered vendors for PS related business needs
- Preparation of quotes, follow up with the customers for orders and order execution through SAP
- Coordinating with DC for intercompany PO, external vendor po, order pickup, billing, delivery, and payment collection.
- Work along with the line manager for all activities required for the running the PS business administration.
- Preparation and circulation of weekly/ monthly/Yearly MIS report related to PS business
- Build positive relationships with customers.
**Work Environment** (Office/Factory/Site): Office.
**Competencies and Skills Required**:
- Proficiency in computer operating - MS Office, MS word, MS excel, MS Power point etc.
- Experience in working in SAP system for order handling & Execution
- Good communication skill and English literacy
- Ability to work flexible time and to adapt to changing work schedules.
- Awereness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
**Mandatory Systems Knowledge and Tools Usability**:
- Knowledge of Computer operation
- SAP & CRM
**Personal capabilities.**
Good communicate skills in English both oral and written
Experience in leading small teams.
Analytical thinking with problem solving capabilities
Team oriented
