We are working toward upskilling the engineers in the EV domain, for which we require a team, who is enthusiastic and well adverse in the domain. We have made a brand by creating a difference in the life of students from Design, EV, mechatronics and Data science domain. And we want to improve our product our services in EV domain beyond the best.

Roles and responsibilities:

- You will be working with a team of highly qualified, engineers to train students on specific skill-sets
- You will be responsible for researching the latest trends in the EV domain, and exploring possibilities for the development of courses.
- You will be interacting with industrial experts of 5-10 years of experience and getting them on board for the development of courses.
- You will be creating evaluation strategies for various projects in each individual module.
- You will be responsible for resolving any queries or problems that the students face while doing the coursework and conducting virtual boot camps in the field of EV.
- You will be managing the existing courses by evaluating each individual course's performance and suggesting improvements and implementing them.
- You will be responsible for providing support material for the course in the form of written documents or videos.
- You will be responsible to evaluate the work done by the student and provide constructive feedback.
- You will be responsible for developing the skill required to crack an interview for a student

Skills Required:

- BE/B.Tech. in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of different components in EVs such as powertrain, batteries, motors, and electronics.
- Basic understanding of MATLAB Simulink or Programming languages.
- Proficiency with any one of the CAD modeling tools such as SolidWorks/ Catia/ Creo would be an added advantage.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
