**Job Summary**: As an Electric Vehicle Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on electric vehicle technology, maintenance, and best practices. Your role will involve educating a range of audiences, including automotive technicians, sales teams, and end-users, to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the rapidly evolving EV sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging training programs on electric vehicle systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive content.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for various audiences.
- Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet specific requirements.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in EV technology and industry trends.
- Provide technical support and guidance to trainees and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure training aligns with company objectives and product offerings.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working with electric vehicles, including hands-on technical experience and understanding of EV systems.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Experience in training or instructional roles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electric vehicles.
- Ability to develop training materials and curricula.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Certification or formal education in automotive technology, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
