**Job**

**Responsibilities**
- **Root cause analysis for quality issues using QC tools and countermeasure action**:

- **Prepare Quality Dashboard for Management review**:

- **Updation of Design Knowledge base through continuous System learning tools like Design Guideline, Kaizen.**:

- **Ensure Horizontal deployment of countermeasures / design principles learnt from Q issues to other current models & new models under development**:

- **Handling Early Product Field Quality and warranty issues related to design
**Competencies**

**Technical/ Functional**
- **Proficient in Electrical and Electronic system architecture**:

- **Knowledge of all electrical/ electronic system/ parts for vehicle, engine and transmission control systems as well as their interfaces arising out of electrification.**:

- **Packaging of parts on vehicle layout, considering function, safety and environment aspects, with experience in CAD tools (UG, AutoCAD), PLM**:

- **Hands on experience in some electrical/ electronic parts design, development and validation.**:

- **Knowledge of Quality tools like FMEA, 6W-2H, FTA, etc**:

- **Knowledge of Quality Management principles and methods applied in New Product Development systems.**:

- **Knowledge about two wheeler and overall automotive industry standards and regulations, applicable in India and globally.**:

- **Good understanding of new technologies and the concerned applicable standards/ regulations**
