About Job

We are seeking a new Electric Vehicle Mentor to join our team. You will be researching various technologies in the EV domain, connecting & coordinating with industry experts to develop the courses, and performing & evaluating projects included in the EV course. To be successful in this position, you'll have to have excellent communication skills, and a great understanding of the fundamentals of mechanical, automotive, and electronics systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Researching the latest trends in the Electric Vehicle domain, exploring the possibilities for the development of courses and interesting projects.
- Performing competitor analysis and job requirement survey.
- Interacting with students to resolve their technical queries and conducting virtual boot camps in the field of Electric Vehicles.
- Interacting with industrial experts and getting them on board to develop the planned courses.
- Coordinating with existing experts, reviewing their prepared content (videos, quizzes, projects) keeping the track of their progress, and taking regular follow-ups.
- Assisting the associated experts if they face any technical difficulty.
- Creating evaluation strategies for various projects in each individual module.
- Managing the existing courses by evaluating their content, suggesting improvements, and implementing them.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Skills Required:

- BE/B.Tech. in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of different components in EVs such as powertrain, batteries, motors, and electronics.
- Basic understanding of MATLAB Simulink or Programming languages.
- Proficiency with any one of the CAD modeling tools such as SolidWorks/ Catia/ Creo would be an added advantage.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
