Quantity Surveyor
**Job Description Summary**

A Quantity Surveying oversees the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. Their responsibilities include cost estimation, budgeting, contract management, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. They handle procurement, manage subcontractor payments, and work to minimize costs while ensuring quality. Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills are essential for this role.
- Should be Graduate in Civil. Should lead Pre & Post Quantity Surveying & Billing for Commercial IT Projects.
- Should have expertise in preparing standard quantities/BOQ from Tender or GFC drawings for all Civil packages.
- Should have at least one commercial building project experience. Prepare Cash Flow & track the same. Vendor Bill certification of Civil & MEP Packages, Contracts variations management, detailed Rate analysis & approval of NT items, etc.
- Experience in extracting quantities from BIM model, SAP/ERP platform work experience is preferred.
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication is must.
- Prior work experience in PMC/Cost Consultant/Client is preferred.
