- eveloping detailed budgets and cost estimates for various pre-contract stages such as concept design, feasibility design, preliminary design, detailed design etc. throughout all project phases, from initial planning to final construction. M
- onitoring and managing project costs to prevent overruns by tracking expenditures and identifying potential cost-saving measures. P
- reparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. P
- erforming precise measurements, rate analysis, and risk evaluations. R
- ate analysis using SPONS price book, SoR and BCIS cost index. P
- rocurement strategies and executing procurement processes. A
- dministration of construction contracts, including change management. F
- inancial reporting, tracking, final cost projections, and forecasts to complete. C
- oordinating with project stakeholders. K
- nowledge of Codes & MCHW, CESMM or NRM standard. R
- eview and finalize cost estimates for various infrastructure projects. C
- oordinate with the UK team and project managers. M
- aintain progress tracker, resource allocation, and support in team management. Work order management and budget preparation for the resources.

- achelor’s degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying, Construction Management, or related field. M
- aster's degree in a relevant field is preferred. P
