The **Quantity Surveyor (Estimation)** is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting of labor, materials, and other resources required. The role involves analyzing tender documents, specifications, and other project-related information to provide precise cost calculations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 1-5 years) in cost estimation within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Primavera, MS project or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of project tendering and procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with IRC, MORTH, Road, Building & Bridges Codes.
