Job Title: Customer Support Executive (CCTV)*
Location: Noida, Sector 138

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and associated equipment.
3. Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
4. Collaborate with field technicians and engineers to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
5. Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
6. Stay updated on the latest CCTV technologies, products, and troubleshooting techniques to provide effective support.
7. Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and FAQs.
8. Provide training and guidance to customers on the use and maintenance of CCTV systems as needed.
9. Ensure timely response and resolution of customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) while delivering technical support services.
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in the CCTV industry.
2. Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and networking fundamentals.
3. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
4. Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms for managing customer interactions.
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends as per business requirements.
8. Certification or training in CCTV systems and technical support is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
