**Job Title: Hubspot Administrator**

**Reports to**:Head of Data

**Location**: Office Bangalore**

**Work Allocation: 9am - 6pm IST**

**Key Relationships**:CX Team, Sales Team, CSM Team

**Job Purpose**:
We are seeking a dedicated HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize our CRM system, ensuring seamless operations across our sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

**What you'll do**:

- CRM Management: Oversee the daily operation of the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- User Support: Assist team members with CRM-related inquiries, providing training and troubleshooting as needed.
- Data Maintenance: Regularly clean and update CRM data to maintain high-quality information.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows and enhance CRM utilization.
- Reporting: Generate and analyse reports on key metrics to support data-driven decisions.
- Integration Management: Support the integration of HubSpot with other tools and platforms.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM processes and configurations.

**Who you are**:

- Experience: 1-3 years in CRM administration, preferably with HubSpot.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems; proficiency in HubSpot is advantageous.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
