Description :Role Overview : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot / GoHighLevel Administrator & Configurator to manage, configure, and optimize our CRM and marketing automation platforms.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM workflows, marketing automation, integrations, and analytics, with proven expertise in HubSpot and/or GoHighLevel platforms.You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless system operations, supporting sales and marketing teams, and enabling business growth through automation and reporting.Key Responsibilities :Platform Administration & Configuration :- Set up, configure, and maintain HubSpot / GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines, dashboards, workflows, and automation rules.- Manage user access, permissions, and security compliance.- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across CRM & Automation Management :- Design, implement, and optimize automation for lead capture, nurturing, and engagement.- Create and configure workflows, triggers, sequences, and campaigns to support sales & marketing.- Build custom forms, landing pages, and email & Data Management :- Integrate HubSpot / GoHighLevel with third-party tools (e.g., email, VoIP, analytics, payment gateways).- Manage API-based integrations to ensure smooth data flow across systems.- Regularly audit, clean, and maintain CRM & Analytics :- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for marketing, sales, and operations.- Provide insights into lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline performance.- Track ROI and recommend optimization & Training :- Act as the primary system administrator for HubSpot / GoHighLevel.- Provide training and support to internal teams on platform best practices.- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendor support as needed.
