Role Overview : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot / GoHighLevel Administrator & Configurator to manage, configure, and optimize our CRM and marketing automation platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM workflows, marketing automation, integrations, and analytics, with proven expertise in HubSpot and/or GoHighLevel platforms.

You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless system operations, supporting sales and marketing teams, and enabling business growth through automation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Administration & Configuration :


- Set up, configure, and maintain HubSpot / GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines, dashboards, workflows, and automation rules.

- Manage user access, permissions, and security compliance.

- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across CRM systems.

Workflow & Automation Management :


- Design, implement, and optimize automation for lead capture, nurturing, and engagement.

- Create and configure workflows, triggers, sequences, and campaigns to support sales & marketing.

- Build custom forms, landing pages, and email templates.

Integration & Data Management :


- Integrate HubSpot / GoHighLevel with third-party tools (e.g., email, VoIP, analytics, payment gateways).

- Manage API-based integrations to ensure smooth data flow across systems.

- Regularly audit, clean, and maintain CRM databases.

Reporting & Analytics :


- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for marketing, sales, and operations.

- Provide insights into lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline performance.

- Track ROI and recommend optimization strategies.

Support & Training :


- Act as the primary system administrator for HubSpot / GoHighLevel.

- Provide training and support to internal teams on platform best practices.

- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendor support as needed.
