Position: HubSpot / GoHighLevel Administrator
Experience: 6+ years (minimum 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot and/or GoHighLevel experience)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot / GoHighLevel Administrator & Configurator to manage, configure, and optimize our CRM and marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM workflows, marketing automation, integrations, and analytics, with proven expertise in HubSpot and/or GoHighLevel platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless system operations, supporting sales and marketing teams, and enabling business growth through automation and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- • 6+ years of CRM / Marketing Automation experience, with at least 3+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
- • Strong knowledge of CRM configuration, workflow automation, and pipeline management.
- • Experience with API integrations and third-party tools.
- • Proficiency in reporting and analytics dashboards.
- • Excellent understanding of sales funnels, marketing automation, and lead management.
- • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- • HubSpot or GoHighLevel certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub).
- • Experience with Zapier, Integromat, or other automation tools.
- • Exposure to email deliverability optimization and A/B testing.
- • Understanding of GDPR / data privacy compliance in CRM systems.
