**Position**: Sales Executive (Female Preferred)
**Vacancy**: 1
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and convert prospective leads into loyal clients through follow-ups, consultations, and personalized engagement.
- Educate clients about available aesthetic treatments, packages, and benefits with clarity and professionalism.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from inquiry to conversion, including walk-ins, calls, and social media leads.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and performance-driven efforts.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the marketing and operations teams.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and persuasive approach.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance incentives.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or appointment software is a plus.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
