**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with **high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)** and investors.
- Present and promote **luxury residential properties** to potential buyers.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly **sales targets**.
- Generate leads through **networking, referrals, site visits, and events**.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable premium properties.
- Conduct **property site visits**, negotiations, and assist in closing deals.
- Ensure smooth coordination with legal, finance, and documentation teams.
- Stay updated on **market trends**, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups through **CRM systems**.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Presentable with a **professional and confident personality**.
- Experience in **luxury real estate**, **high-end automobile sales**, or **premium hospitality** is preferred.
- Knowledge of **Pune’s real estate market** is an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in **Business, Marketing, Real Estate**, or related field.

**Education**:
Mandatory MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is a plus

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Education**:
