**Position**: Field Sales Executive

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the designated territory.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Pixeltech Security products.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate forecasts and market insights.
6. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
8. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, including sales pipeline, forecasts, and territory performance.
9. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote Pixeltech Security products and services.
10. Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the security systems industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Knowledge of CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, and related security technologies.
7. Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
8. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
**Requirement**:
1. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
2. Industry certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, NICET).
3. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to security systems installation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
