Job Title: Field Sales Executive - School Segment

Location: New Delhi (Head Office) - Field-based

Hiring For: Pune, Dehradun, Mumbai

Vacancies: 1 per location

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

**Salary**: ₹27,000 (In-hand per month)

Experience: 0-6 months

Laptop Requirement: Personal laptop is compulsory

Note: 10% of the salary will be deducted as a security deposit for the first 10 months. This

amount will be refunded in full upon completion of one year of continuous service.

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers who are eager to build a career in

sales. As a Field Sales Executive (School Segment), you will be responsible for engaging

with schools, generating new leads, building relationships, and driving brand awareness.

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the education sector

and looking to grow in a structured sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit prospective schools and vendors daily to generate leads and increase market

presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and channel partners.
- Manage and expand the school network in your assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Admin & Management) for smooth order processing

and closures.
- Regularly update visit reports, leads, and sales performance on CRM platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are encouraged to

apply.
- Ability to build rapport and engage confidently with school management.
- Good spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Must own a personal laptop for day-to-day work.
- Self-driven and capable of achieving targets independently.
- Willingness to travel 10-15 days outside city limits within the assigned state for client

visits and demos.
