Accommodations Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
The Accommodation In charge is responsible for overseeing the management and operations of staff accommodations. This role ensures that all accommodation facilities are well-maintained, meet health and safety standards, and provide a comfortable living environment. The Accommodation In charge will coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, administrative and HR teams to ensure smooth operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of accommodation facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
- Allocate rooms and maintain records of occupants, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient services.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Address residents’ concerns and resolve any accommodation-related issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage accommodation budgets, expenses, and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety protocols.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Prepare reports on accommodation occupancy, maintenance requests, and operational efficiency.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve accommodation services.
- Organize orientation sessions for new residents regarding accommodation rules and facilities.
- Assist in emergency situations and coordinate necessary responses.
Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
