**Job Title**: Receptionist - Beach Resort

**Reports To**: Front Office Manager

**Position Type**: Full-Time (9-Hour Shifts, 1 Week Off per Month)

**Food & Accommodation**: Provided

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Services**: Greet and check-in/check-out guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring that all guest needs are met.
- **Reservation Management**: Handle room bookings, confirmations, and cancellations. Assist with reservations over the phone, online, and in person.
- **Customer Support**: Address guest inquiries, provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions. Resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Administrative Duties**: Manage guest records, maintain accurate filing systems, process payments, and prepare reports as required.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the resort.
- **Maintain Resort Standards**: Ensure that the front desk area is always clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
- **Assist with Special Requests**: Handle special guest requests or arrangements (e.g., bookings for activities, transportation, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation software (training can be provided).
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work a 9-hour shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with a team and take initiative when needed.
