Job Title: Receptionist cum Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, polite, and professional Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front-desk responsibilities and handle outbound/inbound calls effectively. The ideal candidate should be presentable, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk and reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and visitor logs.
- Handle basic administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and documentation.
Telecalling Duties:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Provide information about products/services and resolve customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a record of conversations.
- Update and maintain customer databases (CRM).
- Assist in promotional campaigns, surveys, or feedback collection.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or any graduate degree.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or telecaller is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [languages, e.g., English and Hindi].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
