**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and maintain executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- **Personal Assistance**:
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.
- Coordinate household management, including dealing with vendors, contractors, and household staff.
- Arrange personal travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling personal and business information.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up action items.
- Arrange and confirm meeting locations, catering, and other logístical details.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
