Trainer-GSF will play a critical role in supporting Management Onboarding & Leadership Development Programs for GSF org. The Trainer is responsible for the execution of L3+ new hire onboarding programs, providing a welcoming, and engaging new hire experience. Supports the updating of LBD plans of all orgs in GSF. The Trainer assists in driving OTD program adoption. The trainer actively assists in the execution of learning programs and measuring the effectiveness of learning. The trainer demonstrates a hands-on approach in Training Calendar management, LMS management, data and report management, expert in excel and power point.

Trainer will
- Partner with Sr. RLM and operations across all areas to identify training needs and schedule training programs
- Proactively implement learning initiatives, track compliance, and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Assign & Track e-learning courses, and Ensure training records are kept up to date
- Analyze and understand data to suggest improvements for training and operations
- All assessments/ audits are completed and responses are tracked
- Attend meetings when required and provide information required

Key job responsibilities
1. Management Onboarding
- Support LBD program for L3+ new hires / internal transfers in GSF & Track LBD status & monitor completion & defects
- Assigning KNET onboarding Curriculum & Assessment based on the completion of LBD week.
- Publish Weekly Onboarding status / LBD progress to leadership
- Create & maintain LBD plan repository of all roles in GSF with updated LBD plans

2. OTD program
- Set up a regular frequency for OTD program adoption with GSF eligible participants and help in achieving the set goals FY23.

3. Leadership Development Programs
- Monthly Learning Calendar Management - Track program participation
- Create/ send out Invites & mailers/teasers/reminders for GSF learning programs
- Create & maintain Training repository -Upload recorded versions & PPTs of ILT/ Expert-led sessions this year
- Publish e-Learning course completion report to participants

4. Uploading notifications or feeds on GLA App, Assignment of training on KNet/ GLA App to GSF users & Weekly Reporting mechanism

5. Rest of GSF Training Support - Support the L&D PoC in driving adoption of learning initiatives.
- LM - Support Quarterly DSP training, Drive LMS adoption/ OPL Read% with daily reports
- Hybrid - Support NSL Picker Training, CTP/ CTQ Audits.
- Hub -Support Quarterly Training Warrior Certification, Drive LMS adoption with weekly reports.

6. Other Activities
- Daily Dive Deep on critical problems discussed in DDD & drive closure on AIs
- L&D WBR/ Bi-weekly Page 0 metrics update
- Work with Content developer to drive content creation, updating, improvisation.
- Drive adoption of learning intervention

GSF L&D team led by Sr. L&D Manager is supported by Regional Learning Managers, Trainers, Content Management Team. The regional learning managers support Associate onboarding & continuous learning management and projects associated with it. This team owns the Management Onboarding and leadership development initiatives.
