Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Manager
Department: Human Resources
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 6–10 years
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and scale capability-building initiatives that align with our business goals and foster a culture of continuous learning. This role will collaborate with leadership and functional teams to identify learning needs and deliver impactful solutions across levels.
Learning Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement the annual learning and development strategy in alignment with business priorities.
- Develop learning paths for different roles and levels (e.g., onboarding, technical, behavioral, leadership development).
Program Design & Delivery
- Curate and deliver high-quality learning experiences using blended methods.
- Collaborate with external partners, trainers, and content providers to bring in best-in-class L&D offerings.
- Design in-house workshops or partner to deliver programs on communication, collaboration, leadership, time management, etc.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Work closely with business heads, HRBPs, and functional leaders to ensure L&D initiatives are business relevant.
- Communicate and market L&D programs effectively to drive participation and impact.
- Serve as an internal consultant on learning and talent development matters.
Measurement & Impact
- Track learning effectiveness and impact using feedback, assessments, and business metrics.
- Monitor participation, engagement, completion rates, and ROI of learning interventions.
Digital Learning & Innovation
- Leverage digital tools, LMS platforms, and learning analytics to scale and personalize learning.
- Stay updated with L&D trends, technologies, and innovations to continuously enhance offerings.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in L&D roles, with hands-on program design and delivery experience.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience working with LMS, digital learning tools, and data/impact measurement frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a high-growth/startup or consulting environment.
