**About the Role**
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and dependable **Executive Assistant** to support the Founder of above firms in day-to-day business operations, along with certain personal and administrative tasks. This is a high-impact role that offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and contribute directly to business growth and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Founder’s Office**
- Own the founder’s calendar, client comms, and meeting follow-ups.
- Prepare reports/ documents/ invoices, dashboards, and SOPs for business functions.
**Recruitment & HR Ops (Recruiting Genie)**
- Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (Sourcing → Screening → Scheduling → Interviewing → Offers → Documentation → Background Verification → Onboarding).
**Partner & Client Success (Accounting Genie)**
- Coordinate with CA partners to execute deliverables for client accounts.
- Manage onboarding documentation, project trackers, and timelines.
- Assist in compliance follow-ups (GST, TDS, ROC, etc.).
**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- A graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in executive assistance, recruitment, coordination, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with strong presentation ability.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities with mínimal supervision.
- Critical thinker with a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, adapt quickly, and take initiative when needed.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
- Willing to travel occasionally for business meetings and events.
**Compensation & Perks**
- **Monthly Salary**: 25k - 35k a month
