**Position Overview**: As a Customer Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customer support team with various tasks to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our clients. This position will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in customer support, research, and communication tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Assist with resolving customer issues, providing product information, and addressing concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
- **Research**:

- Conduct research to gather information on customer issues and industry trends.
- Compile and analyze data to identify common problems and propose improvements to support processes.
- Assist in researching solutions and best practices to enhance customer support strategies.
- **Communication Tools**:

- Manage and respond to customer messages through WhatsApp, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Participate in virtual meetings via Google Meet, including internal team meetings and customer consultations.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback, support metrics, and service performance.
- Assist with organizing and prioritizing customer support requests.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic research skills and ability to analyze information.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in customer service or support is optional.
