Job Title: Customer Success Intern
Location: Delhi, Okhla
Duration: 6 months internship (with potential to convert to full-time)
Eligibility: Students in the final year or recent graduates

We’re looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team and ensure our users have the best possible experience on our platform.
What You’ll Do
Assist the Customer Success team in onboarding new users (students, educators, and institutions)
Gather feedback from customers and share actionable insights with the product team
Maintain and update customer records in CRM tools
Help create guides, FAQs, and support documentation to improve the user experience
Track and report common customer issues to improve product and service quality
Support in organizing webinars, training sessions, and engagement activities
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
Strong communication skills (English and Hindi preferred)
Empathy and problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Previous internship experience in customer service or EdTech is a plus
