**About the role**:
Customer Support is the single most important function at go4WorldBusiness. We pride ourselves as being one of the most customer centric companies in our domain and go to any length to ensure we have nothing but happy customers. We have a vibrant and dynamic team of Support Agents who work round the clock to answer customer queries and provide quick resolution to all customer complaints.

**What you'll do most of the time**:

- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
- Process and log incoming/outgoing calls into the CRM system
- Forward and escalate inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
- Contact customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries

**What you'll need to Qualify**:

- Self-motivated and driven by targets
- Resilience
- Strong communication skills including both verbal and written
- Half yearly performance based bonus
- 5 Day work week
- Comp off + extra day’s salary for those who work on weekends/holidays
- Opportunity to interact with international clients
- PF + Gratuity

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
